Our Purpose

Where your experience becomes a path of recognition and progress.

Supera T was created as a bridge to the empowerment and development of migrant men and women. We accompany them on their journey through certification, training, mentorship, and emotional and legal support.

We want them to walk with their heads held high, knowing that their skills are valued, recognized, and celebrated.

“Overcoming challenges is not just a personal goal, but a collective cause.”

What We Do

Programs and services for your comprehensive development

  • Skills Certification: We recognize your experience in trades such as gardening, caregiving, cooking, construction, massage, and more.

  • 📚 Professional Development: Courses and workshops to expand your job opportunities.

  • 🤝 Legal and Psychological Support: Because the process isn't just technical; it's also about the human aspect.

  • 🌱 Mentoring and Personal Purpose Development: We help you reconnect with your inner strength and define your vision for the future.

“To dignify work. We transform destinies.”

Our Vision

We envision a country where every migrant is seen, processed, and validated.

A country where the dignity of work does not depend on a document, but on heart and experience.

We dream of a strengthened migrant community, free from fear, proud of its contribution, and fully integrated into the social and professional fabric of the United States.

Meet the team

Behind every program, every instance of support, and every transformed story, there's a team deeply committed. People who believe in the power of service, empathy, and recognition. Discover who we are and why we walk alongside you.

  • Founder

Alba Galván is a migrant woman, entrepreneur, and visionary who has dedicated her life to dignifying the invisible work that millions of people perform every day. As the founder of Supera T, her commitment stems from a profound truth: every human being deserves to be seen, valued, and recognized for their skills and abilities.

Inspired by her own experience as a worker and leader in the United States, Alba created Supera T as a foundation dedicated to certifying talent, supporting human development, and empowering the migrant community. She firmly believes that experience doesn't need permission; it needs opportunities.

Her leadership combines practical wisdom with active spirituality, guiding Supera T with heart, attentive listening, and a clear vision: to build a country where dignity doesn't depend on a document, but on the inherent worth of each individual.

  • Sub-director

Heir to a family business with over 23 years of impeccable service, Jonathan grew up understanding that true excellence stems from commitment, perseverance, and heart. From a young age, he watched his parents build more than just a business: a legacy of values, care, and dignity.

Today, as Deputy Director of Supera T, Jonathan channels that heritage toward a greater purpose: to dignify the migrant experience and pave the way for recognition for those who have sustained this country with their quiet labor. His youthful vision, ethical leadership, and deep connection to service make him a key figure in this mission.

He firmly believes that a person's worth is not measured by papers, but by what they contribute, transform, and represent.

  • Director

Alberto knows firsthand what it means to learn a trade with your hands and your heart. His journey began in 2008, exploring the world of painting and gradually immersing himself in repairs, home improvements, and practical solutions. He was self-taught, investing in tools, seeking knowledge, and above all, learning from the school of life and honest work.

Today, as Director of the Supera T Foundation, he transforms his story into a source of inspiration and action for hundreds of migrants who, like him, have learned on the job and deserve to be recognized. Alberto leads with humility, approachability, and a deep conviction:

experience is valuable, skills matter, and all knowledge has the right to be certified.

His commitment is not only to management but also to the cause. Because he, too, has lived the journey… and today he walks it to open it up to others.
